We sincerely feel, that our property, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on Maui, for only $19,900 ($9,950 every other year), is a deal that will sell itself and does not need to have the freebie bait and hook technique to lure you into purchasing. The marketing costs in the state of Hawaii run in excess off 50%. What this means is that the purchase price of a unit is jacked up to you, the consumer, to cover the cost of the freebies and marketing costs, and you are actually the one paying for it in the long run!! NOT FAIR!! and we wont have any part of this type of high hype selling.
