Known Problems and Browser "Bugs" : :
Although the web site has been tested with the minimum requirements listed above, we can not guarantee you will be able to view the entire site without any problems, due to known bugs in various browsers and systems.
This site tested with NO PROBLEMS when using Internet Explorer.
There was one bug that we found and was not able to fix at this time, when using Netscape 4.72 + browsers. It completely destroyed the layout of many web pages because of its inability to recognize the newest html codes that Netscape 6.2 can.
Also, a bug was found when using Netscape 6.2 to view Virtual Tours in the popup windows (the standard method of viewing). The browser would freeze, when trying to close the window. The work around for this as a user (Netscape , Mozilla, could not provide us with a fix to date.) Is to simply click on the web page behind the popup, then click on the window on your task bar to bring it back up and then close it.

The Web Developer have made every attempt to develop our web site in order to accommodate as many types of users at the highest percentage of users as possible that are browsing the Internet to date.

Unfortunately, because of the so called, "Browser Wars", older operating systems and computers, different types of operating systems, etc, etc, and the lack of an "Industry Standard", it is virtually impossible to design a web site today with all the features this web site uses to be available to 100% of all users.

Therefore, our web developer uses the most current and up to date, online user statistics reports available in order to accommodate the highest % of the majority of users based on these reports. If you have ANY problems viewing this web site AFTER following these requirements, please do not hesitate to click on the "Support" link to contact our web developer with these problems.

Our tours support AOL version 4.0 and above. Please make sure that Java is Enabled in your AOL version of your Internet Browser security settings. In order to enjoy clear images on other Web Sites, as well as our Tours. To do this, on the top menu bar of your AOL window, click on "My AOL" and then select "Preferences" from this menu. A window will open, click on the "www" icon, then click on the "Web Graphics" tab, in your and make sure that the box next to the "Use compressed graphics" is NOT checked.   Then, click on the "Security" tab and click "Security Settings", scroll down and check the box in the "Java Properties" next to "Medium". This should solve the problem. You can also minimize your AOL window, by clicking on the "Minus" symbol in the upper right hand corner of this window (this will keep AOL running in the background while using your AOL connection to the Internet) then double click on any other "browser" icon on your desk top (Internet Explorer or Netscape) and try that browser to view the tours. Our tours support most Power Mac and G4 systems using a Java Enabled, Internet Explorer version 4.5+ and Netscape Navigator 6.2 Browser. It is always a good idea to keep your browser updated to the newest version in order for you to view and enjoy the newest technologies. Internet Explorer for Macintosh users need to be sure to have the latest version of Apples "Macintosh Runtime for Java (MRJ)" installed in order to view this and other Java based web sites.

WebTV Users:

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to accommodate these types of users at this time because WebTV uses their own proprietary browser to view web sites on a TV screen and outside their environment and will not work with Java as of this writing. Depending on the amount of inquiries we receive from WebTv users, will determine whether or not we will develop an alternate site specifically designed for WebTV. Please contact us at the Support Contact below to let us know what problems you are encountering with our site and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Unfortunately, because there is no "Industry Standard" set for the World Wide Web and its browsing methods, as well as because of so many new types of computers and web browsing technologies, we may not be able to accommodate your viewing unless your are considered a "Majority User". This page provides information for this type of user. A "Majority User" is determined based upon many reports generated on this web site according to the "Majority" of visitors using the most used technologies available to date. We work very hard to keep up to date on all new technologies available as to please every Internet User, but have found this an almost impossible task because of the technology changing so rapidly. If you are unable to view this site, please do not hesitate to contact support, so we may be able to accommodate you, as well as other users like you.
